
Richard B. Seely, M.D.
Dr. Seely has been practicing psychiatry since 1980. Educated at Princeton University and Jefferson Medical College, Dr. Seely is Board-certified in Psychiatry with added qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry, ASAM certified in Addiction Medicine, Board-certified in Forensic Psychiatry and Board-certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He serves as a consultant to the Professional Resource Network, The Intervention Project for Nurses, The Florida Bar, The Florida Lawyers Assistance Inc., and The Federal Aviation Agency, among others. Dr. Seely also functions as the medical director at Transitions in North Miami Beach, Florida, and Focus Healthcare High Point Treatment Center in Cooper City Florida.
Dr. Seely's greatest asset is perhaps his ability to empathize with his patients and provide clear, consistent and compassionate guidance in their early recovery efforts. A brilliant and humorous educator, Dr. Seely is able to impart his knowledge in a manner consistent with humility and dedication to spreading the message of recovery.
Carol Parks, M.S.
Carol has worked in the field of addiction treatment for over 20 years. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling and is trained as a Sex Therapist and Sex Educator. She also specializes in the areas of codependency, sexual compulsivities, impaired professionals, and relationship issues.
William Berry, M.S., C.A.P
William Berry has worked in the field of addiction for over 15 years. He has been a Certified Addiction Professional since 1996. He obtained a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. Mr. Berry has over 12 years experience conducting group and individual therapy.
William is also an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University, conducting a social psychology course in drugs and drug abuse, and at Nova University, conducting psychology courses in substance abuse and the family, interpersonal communication, and the physiology and psychology of drugs.
Caryl McNiff, C.M.H.P., C.A.P.
Caryl McNiff has worked in the field of addiction treatment for over 15 years. She has been a Certified Addiction Professional since 1995. She also specializes in the areas of codependency and relationship issues. She has over 12 years experience conducting individual and group therapy.
Limor Ast, D.MFT
Limor Ast is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has a Masters in Psychology from Capella University and a Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has extensive training and clinical experience working with individuals, families, and couples on a wide spectrum of issues including, but not limited to: substance abuse/dependency issues, recovery issues, relationship difficulties, sexual intimacy issues and mental health problems.
Beth Sullivan, A.R.N.P.
Beth Sullivan has worked in the field of addiction for over 5 years. She has a Masters Degree in Nursing and is a Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Sullivan specializes in addiction, dual diagnosis, medication management, and individual therapy.
